Why we built it

Most agent skills are built for engineering: token efficiency, memory, cleaner code. This one sits a layer above. It carries years of product thinking from Building Rocketships and our client work, so it helps you answer the real question, is this the right thing to build and how do I get it to market, then orchestrates the engineering underneath. It is specific, not general.
